Main Responsibilities for the Operational Risk Manager:
- Establish policies; Operational risk measurement and monitoring the of the company`s Risk position
- Ensure potential risks are avoided and mitigated
- Roll out policies and procedures to assess reasonableness of control measures and acceptable levels of internal controls
- Ensure relevance of frameworks, policies and guidelines
- Report to Management on Risk issues; Monitor business changes and advise management of risk mitigation strategies
- Liaise with external agencies, internal stakeholders and control groups
- Oversee the process to develop, review and roll out risk management, governance and compliance training programmes
- Take charge of the Company`s Business Continuity Management & Planning
Main Requirements for the Operational Risk Manager:
- A minumum of 5 years experience in Operational Risk Management
- Strong degree in Business or a related field
- Strong communication, team working skills; Strong presentation and project management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially in Excel and Powerpoint
